The process we follow
Initial contact when you register at our website
A Consultative & Establishing Call whose main objective is to understand the areas you want to address by mentorship. The mentor will also explain mentoring, how we will do it, and set expectations for the engagement. We will also decide at this point if this engagement will proceed or not. This call is commercial-free.
A mentor is assigned. The first mentoring session will start with documenting and agreeing on the objectives of the engagement. The number of sessions will also be finalized.
These are scheduled weekly mentoring sessions (totalling 12) of 55 minutes duration each. The sessions will start and end on time, without exceptions. All calls are either on phone or Skype.
A mid-point review to establish how well the sessions are going and if any course correction is needed.
Mentoring sessions continued.
End-of-engagement review to understand the successes of the engagement and where you need further help.
ForteMentors will check in with you after a couple of weeks as follow-up to see if you need any assistance from us.
