The process we will follow when assessing your managers

    Competency Definition

    Knowing which competencies are needed for every leadership role is where assessment starts. We will understand your competency framework or, if needed, define it for you.

    Proficiency Determination

    With the right activities & tools, we will determine an unbiased proficiency rating (1-5) of each competency for each candidate. These ratings will help us understand the candidates' strengths and areas of improvement.

    Overall Org Report

    Deliverables of the Overall Organization Report include competency scores & development areas of every candidate, identification of high-potentials as well as organizational trends.

  • 04

    Follow-up Support

    We will recommend development efforts such as training programs (for groups), mentoring and coaching. We will help participants define development plans and review their progress regularly until completion.
