G N Radhakrishnan [GNR] is a consultant, mentor and learning facilitator. GNR is a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a PGDBM from XLRI. He is a Visiting Faculty at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. After working for about 16 years, in companies like Carborundum Universal, Sanmar Electronics, Best & Crompton, GNR decide to be a freelancer.
As a freelancer for 25 years, he specialized in mentoring and developing nine small enterprises, to help them define their path and achieve business goals, working with one enterprise at a time for about three years. As a natural progression he pursued training and currently offers learning interventions for corporate executives and educators. His focus areas include but not limited to Personal leadership, Managerial effectiveness, Coaching & Mentoring, Conflict Handling, Team Working and Emotional Competence.

Over the last decade, apart from continuing with training programs for corporations, he has been involved with educational sector, mainly schools. He has been conducting programs on; Teacher Empowerment, Educational Leadership, Creativity & Innovation, and Coaching & Mentoring.
